IPS CHAMPS 2017
As we run through the tunnel of our fans cheering for us as we make our way to the field, we are ready to win. Two minutes remaining, the speaker says playing the beat we have been waiting for. Butterflies in my stomach, my knees are shaking then suddenly the hooter goes off. The crowd is going crazy we make our six and the opposition attack hard but they can't get through. A few sets later they score. We were losing focus soon Bay of Plenty score one more then it's halftime. Second half we go back on with insensitivity, attitude and we are all focused after we got a talk from Matt. Our touches were hard we were winning them all, finally we got the ball, it's time to shine. Sets are going just like that, TRY! we are catching up we made it we were a draw at full time and it's a drop off. We go down to four we are screaming, GO! GO! GO! we were on defence after they dropped the ball. We get another set and use our six in a click of a finger. They get another chance and drop it again. We can do it. It's getting even more intense we get to the try line and do the Famous Three D, and woosh TK goes flying through the back door, steps and try. WE DID IT! WE ARE CHAMPS!
